SITECH - In House Service Support - Technology Support SITECH
Description
Objective
This position is primarily responsible for the in-house repair, calibrations, and service of Construction Technology which includes various Trimble Construction Machine Control and Guidance systems as well as Spectra, TopCon, Leica laser equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair construction technology hardware, with emphasis on lasers, GPS components, and optical instruments
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for customer repairs
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, service plan, allocation of time, and tracking parts
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
- Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
- Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping
Occasional/Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with ordering parts and organizing the parts warehouse
- Attend Trimble Equipment training
- Support team members & customers jumping in to help provide value where possible
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- 2 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment Construction Technology
- Trimble and/or Spectra Precision, TopCon, or Leica Technology training
- Training with lasers and electronic technology

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment
