About the role . . . 

Do you have a background in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Clinical Trials? Are you well versed in the creation of clinical trial protocols? Then Logic20/20 is seeking you, particularly if you have worked in the field of oncology.

We are recruiting:

A candidate with clinical research experience at a Biotech/Pharmaceutical Company, and who has direct experience either writing clinical research trials protocols or understands the process of writing protocols. This candidate will understand how a clinical trial operates from beginning of protocol writing to First Patient In (FPI).

As the Manager of Clinical Trial Process Improvement, you will apply your clinical trial protocol expertise to help redesign the process of writing clinical trial protocols in an effort to reduce waste, inefficiencies, and errors. You will work with various clinical teams in evaluating challenges, defining growth opportunities, designing workflow, and improving protocol writing processes. We also expect the candidate to be able to effectively develop relationships and address strategic business needs across the organization. They must possess excellent communication skills, proven facilitation skills, proven motivational capabilities, have an executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals

Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the process of writing clinical research trial protocols
  • Providing input to the clinical development plan and operational aspects of the clinical trial (e.g. Develop and review operational plans for trials)
  • Assisting in providing expert biotech advice and finding solutions to process improvement problems

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of clinical research experience at a Biotech/Pharmaceutical
  • Oncology experience 
    Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross functional team members and CRO/vendor partners, experience mentoring clinical study staff, and presenting to senior management
  • A B.S. or equivalent, preferably with a health or life sciences concentration
  • Able to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area, but some travel will be required (depending on project needs)
