Site Reliability/DevOps IVR Support Engineer

About the role…. 

Logic20/20 is looking for an experienced team of Site Reliability Engineers to join our ongoing support and sustainment of IVR (interactive voice response) systems for key operations and business units throughout an enterprise wide environment.  

Our project scope covers application assessments on both upstream and downstream applications that ultimately impact user experience. Services include documentation, tier II/III incident management, maintenance/patching reboots, system health checks, enhancements, engineering/creation of a knowledge base and dashboards, analysis/design and implementation of script and config changes, 

Within the team structure, you will have a key role in increasing the system’s reliability, scalability and reduction of operational overhead through automation.

About you…

  • Avaya and/or Cisco telecom platforms
  •  DevOps environment experience of at least two (2) years; CI/CD
  • You're highly communicative with IVR/VXML experience
  • Experience with automated testing tools and application performance tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL (IT Service Management) – incident management, problem management, release management.

We're focused on those with strong communication, development production support and AWS cloud deployment experience.
