Position Overview:
As the Purchase Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of our inside sales Purchase Lending Officer sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach a team of call center Purchase Lending Officers to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to optimize lead conversion, increase sales volume, and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales activities, call quality, talk time, STP rates, and adherence to compliance standards to ensure production goals are maximized and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and underwriting, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing a call center Lending Officer team in a similar model to loanDepot.
  • Lending experience on Purchase volume required.
  • Ability to recruit Lending Officers required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation for a Production Manager. The base pay for this role is $66,560/annually, plus an uncapped commission plan.  Ramp up bonuses possible, based on a proven record of recent production.
