Part-Time Receptionist & Enquiries Coordinator

Lincoln University has a student roll of around 3,000 and approximately 600 staff.
We have a permanent, part-time opportunity available for a frontline customer service star, handling enquiries from University visitors and students. The enquiries may be face to face, over the phone or via our website. For many, you will be the first point of contact for the University so it’s essential that you have a warm, welcoming manner and are proactive by nature, ready to help. You will ideally have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role, have good problem solving skills and be able to quickly learn how to handle a wide variety of queries. It’s essential that you are computer savvy, and have an intermediate skill level with the Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience using a CRM system would be an advantage.
