ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team! As a Customer Success Coordinator, you

will be responsible for entering specific data into our system of record. You will be responsible for a data project

reconciling data between multiple systems. You will be working cross functionally to support the Customer

Success Teams.

Your main goal will be to validate data and assure system accuracy.

· Review data validation project needs

· Coordinate data requirements between departments.

· Compile and organize data

· Validate accuracy of data in system of record

· Responsible for compiling and maintaining weekly KPIs

· Coordinating and scheduling resource(s)

PREFERRED SKILLS

· Salesforce Experience a must

· Experience reading contracts

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional attention to detail, and talent for accuracy and precision

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Critical thinking skills and the ability to research

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

· Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

ADDITIONAL NOTES

The ideal candidate has experience working in Salesforce and has had experience working on a data validation project. Experience in coordination and maintaining data integrity.  This is a Part Time role.
