Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain microservices, data access and third party integrations to support our CCaaS platform (Javascript, Python, Clojure deployed in AWS).

Develop and maintain unit tests that fully cover your functional areas of the platform.

Cross-pollinate with other service teams to deliver features that horizontally slice across the platform.

Be responsive to production issues when they arise. Help own the domain of your component team.

Lead by example as a strong contributor and mentor others as you grow.

 

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a software development role - more experience will be considered for more senior titles.

At least 3 years experience with SaaS delivery and tools (primarily AWS-centric).

Hi level of comfort with Linux.

Proven history of a strong contribution to a team effort to deliver high quality software on schedule.

Understanding of software design patterns and accepted paradigms of a microservice architecture.

 

Bonus:

Experience with Clojure

CI/CD frameworks and technologies

Orchestration technologies, containerization, infrastructure as code
