How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success: 
The Programmer Analyst will develop core business applications and provide technical support. The role encompasses responding to IS Help Desk Tier 2 application supports requests as well as developing enhancements requested by the business for existing LifeNet Health business applications. 
  
What you’ll do: 
  • Develops, tests, implements, and maintains custom software and system modules.
  • Provides software analysis and details design specifications and user release notes in accordance with Information System’s Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Analyzes requests for custom software development and data reports; provides estimates of time and cost.
  • Provides programming and data analysis support for custom applications.
  • Coordinates approval of solution documentation with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Evaluates and identifies needed processes, documentation, and service improvement opportunities.
  • Provides after-hours on-call support as assigned to address emergency and urgent issues.
  • Manages multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
  
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements): 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At minimum three (3) years of professional experience with MVC and SQL.
  • At minimum three (3) years of professional experience with C#.net or VB.net.
  • At minimum two (2) years of experience developing applications using Visual studio with SQL as backend.
  
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications: 
  • Prior experience with Microservices/ Service- oriented Architecture (SOA) and mobile development.
  
 These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities): 
  • Business Acumen: Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of web application development and object-oriented design patterns.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Engages: Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and seek out new information.
  • Achieves Results: Ability to work independently and honor commitment to objectives.
  • Project Management: Preferred.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $64,679 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $86,238 annually (experienced in this role). * 
  
*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.   
  
This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
