Shift: Tuesday – Friday 10:00 am - 6:45 pm, Saturday 6 am to 2:45 pm, Sunday and Monday off

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success: 

The Logistics & Delivery specialist position provides inventory and distribution services for all related ViviGen and other products including cycle counting, assistance with reconciling discrepancies, put away of tissue grafts, distribution of grafts to end users, and discard of tissue.  Performs Physical inspection upon receipt of tissue and creates/runs reports for inventory tasks.  Orders and stocks daily supply materials as needed for distribution.  Coordinates courier deliveries and performs local deliveries to clients. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Performs pick/pack/ship distribution activities of LifeNet Health grafts that have been stored in liquid nitrogen, deep frozen or at ambient environments. Utilizes SAP/RF units according to SOPs to fulfill order requirements
  • Coordinates shipping of customer orders which includes utilizing the LifeNet Health vehicle for local shipments and setting up orders to be delivered by couriers.
  • Maintains accurate records and inventory accountability for released inventory. Performs cycle counts as required
  • Initiates CAPAs and performs investigations and root cause analyses for nonconforming materials/conditions as necessary. Performs daily recording of required Key Performance
  • Maintains certification in Dangerous Goods shipping requirements and is fully trained to process international shipments with the corresponding documentation.
  • Complies with on-call responsibilities for emergency tissue orders and weekend tissue shipments. Maintains and monitors all equipment associated with the storage and distribution of liquid nitrogen or deep frozen LifeNet Health grafts.

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements): 

 

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • One (1) year inventory database experience
  • Two (2) years Warehousing, storeroom, distribution, or inventory experience
  • Dangerous Goods Certification Preferred
  • One (1) year of SAP Experience preferred

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience.  The pay range for this position is $21.45 hourly (entry- level qualifications) to $28.60 hourly (experienced in this role). * 

  

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience. 

  

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
