RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS wanted for upscale Apartment Community - Reno, NV

Great opportunity to join a stable, growing & professional leader in Property Management and Real Estate Development!

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technicians for two full-time careers located at Harvest at Damonte Ranch, our beautiful Lewis-owned community in Reno, Nevada.

To be considered, you should have previous RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. 

Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:

1. Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
3. HVAC Certification is a big plus!
5. Making ready units for new occupancy
6. Maintaining units of current residents
7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
8. A great customer service personality and work ethic 

Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required, as needed. 

Other requirements:      

• Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English. 

NOTE: These careers requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. If candidates prefer to live on-site, an on-site apartment may be available.
