Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of Lewis, one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, personable sales superstar for the important full-time career of Portfolio Leasing Consultant. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: This career will rove among the portfolio of Sacramento-area Lewis communities, leading sales processes and superior service to potential and current residents of our upscale apartment communities. You will be required to meet sales goals, and leasing ratios and maintain milestones in customer service and resident satisfaction, throughout the sales process.

  • Ability to work weekends is required. Valid drivers license is required.

  • Note: a valid driver's license is required (for driving on company business & operating community golf carts)

Your Salary & Perks: In addition to mileage reimbursement, this career will start with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour, combined with a strong commission structure, annual bonuses, a $650 clothing allowance for your wardrobe, $450 wardrobe each subsequent year, $100/month cellphone reimbursement, a variety of benefits plans, a 401k with company match, training and much more.
