SUMMARY: The Customer Service Intern is responsible for entering customer orders, responding to all customer needs in a timely manner, and working with various departments within Lannett to ensure out customers needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Interest in learning about the generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives with reporting, filing, and customer inquiries.
  • Use of professional phone skills to answer customer questions and deal with customer complaints.
  • Handle customer returns and receiving issues (Shortages or Mis-ships).
  • Ability to prepare and analyze basic reports in Excel.

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

 

  • College degree or progress towards
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience. (Intermediate level skills.)
  • Strong problem solving capabilities

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to comprehend and analyze basic mathematical equations.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: No special designations required.
