SUMMARY
: A Customer Service representative is responsible for entering customer orders, responding to all customer needs in a timely manner, and working with various departments within Lannett to ensure our customers needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Entering/Processing of customer orders into SAP system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create and update customer master in SAP.
  • Use of professional phone skills to answer customer questions and deal with customer complaints.
  • Work with Lannett shipping department to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped complete.
  • Handle customer returns and receiving issues (Shortages or Mis-ships).
  • Ability to prepare and analyze basic reports in SAP and Excel.
  • Assist in processing state license requirements to ensure Lannett is licensed in each state. 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Required

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience. (Intermediate level skills.)
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Strong problem solving capabilities

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to comprehend and analyze basic mathematical equations.
