Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside Contact Center professionals. We will look to you to share your ideas and recommendations. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of the operations team and understand the factors that contribute to the broader scope of the role while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas. As a Lands’ End intern you will be based at our Dodgeville headquarters but may be expected to travel to our offsite location in Reedsburg, WI from time to time. You will gain exposure to a broad range of operations activities and business areas.
As part of the experience you will focus on key projects for the department:
Project 1: Discover relevant contact center technology that can be executed without integrations to order entry and make recommendations.
Project 2: Review contact statistics and provide analysis. Focus on staffing and metrics.
You will quickly come to appreciate the complexities of growing a global, multi-channel retailer. You will learn from and shadow Contact Center Analysts and workforce management. As you review and analyze statistics, you will also focus on discovering assigned technology, build out online help tools and present recommendations.
