Your Profile:
You hold a (business) law degree or a comparable degree from an accredited university or university of applied sciences (Universität/Fachhochschule) and have a keen interest in the law. Your strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, combined with your proficiency in legal research tools and office software, sets you apart. With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German you are perfectly at ease in an international environment. You have exceptional organizational and time management abilities and stay calm even when the deadline is tight. As a true team player, you value a positive and inclusive working environment and do your part in assuring it.

Your Job:
As Disputes Specialist, you assist our lawyers throughout the lifetime of a case. You will help open new client matters, review incoming briefs, organise the case file, assist with document review and fact finding, manage the procedural calendar, perform research and drafting tasks, schedule meetings and travel arrangements, provide support at hearings and prepare invoices. While you are in control of the administrative side of a case, which you coordinate with all concerned departments within the firm, you are also a first point of contact for legal tasks such as assembling and proofreading written submissions and organizing written evidence.
