  • Operate as System Integrations Experts as well as Support
  • Support real-time data acquisition from Kelvin Platform and Products
  • Troubleshoot complex and multifaceted problems 
  • Issue owner from escalation into other teams, to resolutions
  • Creation of simple solution to team difficulties
  • Understanding the current and future architecture of Kelvin’s Platform
  • Adaptable and flexible to new products and product requirements
  • Documentation of new and old processes


  • Technical degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Web Design, Data Science, etc
  • 1-3 years in a Support role and/or Technical role related to SaaS environments
  • Affinity for understand complex technology stacks
  • Basic understanding or of general Computer Science and/or Networking topics (OSI Model, Object Oriented vs Interpreted
  • Team oriented individual with ability to communicate technical topics to technical and  non-technical teams
  • Applicants will be required to undergo a background check and drug test  

Experience Pluses

  • Experience with controls software in IEC 61131 environment is a plus
  • Experience in with Petroleum Engineering
