GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Merchandising Manager is a critical member of the KEEN eCommerce team, and has a passion for delivering an outstanding online shopping and fan experience while strengthening engagement and connection to our brand. In balancing art and science, this person is creative and resourceful in bringing the KEEN global marketing, brand and product campaigns to life, while driving sales conversion to meet performance and financial goals.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Merchandising Manager in the development, and execution, of website calendar and merchandising strategies to achieve revenue growth plan and conversion goals
  • Collaborate in the design, development, testing and post evaluation phases of site enhancements, redesigns and the go-live of all new products, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete
  • Participate in ongoing scheduled meetings with internal teams for site enhancements, campaign and promotion development, evaluations and modifications
  • Ensure site content communicates key objectives and aligns with brand and merchandising strategies
  • Analyze and monitor site functionality and content performance with A/B testing against navigation, shopping path behavior, product views, product reviews, social interactions, landing pages, checkout behavior, conversions, cross-selling, etc. and report findings with suggestions for optimization
  • Analyze and report traffic and sales data to assist in financial and inventory forecasting
  • Assist KEEN regional online teams in global initiatives

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years online experience including site merchandising, content management and site analytics
  • Google Analytics, JIRA and Demandware experience preferred
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO tactics
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven experience initializing creative website features and functionality for look, feel and function
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A creative mind is a must, with the ability to apply analytics to the decision making process
  • Prior experience working with external email providers
  • Able to multi task in a fast paced environment while ensuring core accountabilities are being met
  • Works both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast passed high growth environment
