HR Generalist
Description
- Understand core business objectives and how HR goals link to business priorities;
- Manage and facilitate the Irvine and San Diego New Hire Orientation and onboarding process, in coordination with business leaders, facilities, recruiting and security;
- Daily point of contact for employees and people managers related to HR policies, procedures and programs;
- Support people managers through a wide variety of employee related matters;
