User Researcher (Onsite Services)

Insights & Human Factors Boston, Massachusetts


  • BS/BA degree in a related field (Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavior Sciences, Psychology, Product Design…)
  • 3+ years of related work experience in the medical device industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of technical competency
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills


  • Collaborate with high-performing, cross-functional teams designing new products and experiences in our evolving Health business
  • Review the HFE Lead’s study objectives and collaborate on selecting appropriate testing methods and outlining actionable study plans and protocols
  • Collaborate across Product Design to generate content and prototypes for testing
  • Proactively communicate study progress and escalate concerns as needed
  • Execute various studies and risk analysis ensuring high-quality, unbiased data is collected
  • Analyze and synthesize data to deliver final reports with clear and compelling recommendations
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all QMS-MD templates and processes
