Our fabulous Shows team are on the lookout for a Shows Manager to join their team! This is no ordinary run of the mill Retail Management position.
You will find our wonderful retail teams have one thing in common, whether they be Sales Assistants, Supervisors, Assistant Managers or Managers, they work as a team and all share a real passion for our brand, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Head of Shows and Events You will be required to travel quite extensively to represent and manage our retail proposition at various high-profile events throughout the year such as Burghley Horse Trials, The Royal Welsh Show, Camp Bestival and many other equestrian and County Shows. You will oversee and lead a team of mobile staff to run and manage our Retail ‘pop ups’ at these shows. The same principals to running and managing a retail high-street store are applied but in a very unique working environment
Retail Management expertise is a must alongside being commercially savvy with a hands-on approach. You will have previously managed a retail store and be a strong people Manager with a proven track record of driving profit and excellent customer service. This is a diverse and challenging role that provides a great opportunity to garner excellent skills in a unique trading environment.
