Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and implementation of effective sales strategies in-order to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Measure and assess performance of sales revenue and profit based upon business unit plan while achieving budgeted operating expenses.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by engaging customer base with value-added meetings, entertainment and appropriate after work relation building activities
  • Input and maintain all sales activities update in company provided CRM tool
  • Inform NOC leadership team of changing market conditions and competitive issues
  • Build and manage customer base; delivering best in class customer service and support
  • Monitor quality of service performed through direct contact with business unit leaders
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns
  • Enable relentless repeat-ability of service and delivery through adherence to and practice of Company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal policies and directives on expenses and capital planning
  • Reinforce our safety culture through adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and continuously build industry and product knowledge
  • Conduct annually scheduled performance reviews of reporting staff members
  • Represent Company at various appropriate venues and events
  • Other related duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:

  • Candidate must be currently living and have lived in metro area of base location.  Preferred at least past 5+ years Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
  • Willing to consider equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and managing P&L.
  • Proven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing and implementing contracts
  • Prior high-end/executive level sales and public contact experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environment
  • Communicate through verbal, written and/or electronic means
  • Flexible and high availability for our client’s 24hr needs
  • Operate office equipment such as telephone, computer, printer, fax, postage meter, etc.
  • Move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
  • Access filing cabinets, drawers and shelves of varying heights
