Fleet Transportation Accounting Clerk

This position will be responsible for assisting with accounting activities related to fleet and vehicle maintenance shops. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with Internal and External audit preparations.
• Participating on various teams and projects as opportunities arise. 
• Possible vehicle registration processing
• Setting up vehicle equipment in master data
• Scanning regulatory documents to the vehicle system
• Tolls and citation processing

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School completion or GED equivalent

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Internet. 
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
