The JBS Payroll Department is seeking a Garnishment Coordinator for a full-time role located in our Corporate Office in West Greeley, CO. Hours are flexible between 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

DESCRIPTION

  • Process child support requests through online portal and received in mail
  • Copy, scan, catalog, ship and upload documents
  • Backup Payroll Tax
  • Other duties and tasks, as requested, i.e., mail, running reports, fill out forms/reports, review paperwork and validate system data

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat and Reader
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Office work experience desired
