This position will process all orders received on a daily basis for accounts that are assigned to this position. 


  • Key customer orders and stock transfers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy including pricing, product codes, case counts and dates on stock transfers and customer orders.
  • Process Invoice Adjustment Requests expeditiously.
  • Pricing programs for each customer, including sending customers weekly updates
  • Act as the daily point of contact with customers via telephone and email
  • Confirm order acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving order
  • Attend meetings as required 


  • Experience in data entry and customer interface.
  • Professional customer service acumen.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
