Operational Excellence Business Analyst
 
Description:
The Operational Excellence SOP Specialist will be focused on implementing standardization techniques across the Greeley Beef Facility. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively with various departments, and a strong sense of determination. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately track Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis, as well as effectively communicate and follow up on KPI performance and action plans for various departments.
  • Write SOP’s for operational tasks across the facility using SDCA methodology.
  • Work closely with Safety and Maintenance departments to standardize Job Safety Analyses.
  • Aid in the success of the current 5S Program and 5S Pilot Areas.
  • Support Operational Excellence Manager in various projects, SDCA, RCA, PDCA exercises, cost savings initiatives, etc.
  • Responsible for updating visual management throughout the facility.
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have strong computer proficiency (specifically Microsoft Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodology
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work 50+ hours/week
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
  • Base salary range of $51,713 - $67,200
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
