Learning & Education Coordinator

We are looking for a Learning & Education Coordinator to support essential components of our Learning and Education Programs; including, Better Futures Program, Supervisor Development Program, Summit, Leadership Fundamentals, Development Workshops, and People First Trainings. The coordinator role is essential to our team by delivering administrative support and ensuring the highest level of participant program care, all while gaining exposure to multiple teams and leaders across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Learning and Development Programs logistics to include:
    • Booking of event venues, travel, transportation
    • Executive engagement
    • Team calendars
    • Participant calendars
    • Training materials, swag, certificates
    • Training agendas
    • Vendor payments and relationship management
  • Responsible for maintaining budget records and reconciliation of expenses.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the team’s branded materials and inventory management.
  • Assist with organizing logistics and participant communication for large, company-culture events, as needed, which includes:
    • Maintain participant lists
    • Overall event communication
    • Executive dinners
    • Inventory
    • Vendor payments and relationship management
  • Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of improvement projects.
  • Maintain team folders and communication platforms.
  • Support Performance Management, Culture Committee, and other company trainings by:
    • Booking trainings
    • Creating email templates
    • Assembling manager email distribution lists

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of demonstrated experience in a detail-oriented position, required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism, required.
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills, required.
  • Medium to advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Approachable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Travel approximately 10-15% of the year.
  • Previous experience with travel planning and coordination, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Ag Business, Psychology or related field, preferred.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $50,000-$65,000/yr; and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
