We are looking for a Partner Account Specialist to join our VIPRE® team in the UK.  As a member of our Partner Sales team you will be allocated partner accounts to manage and develop in order to identify cross-sell, upsell and new business opportunities along with securing the renewals sales. Our suite of services includes email filtering, email archiving, endpoint, web filtering and hosted exchange - so experience in IT sales is preferred, but not essential.

This role is based at our VIPRE office in Keele, Staffordshire - 45 Minutes South of Manchester, 50 Minutes North of Birmingham on the M6 just off J15.

Responsibilities

  • Development and management of the VIPRE Partner channel, working with VARs and engaging with their customers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Supporting the development of sales and technical skills to equip partners to reach their goals with VIPRE.
  • Supporting the business planning and quarterly review process.
  • Building partner rapport, and communicate solutions values of products and services
  • Conducting product demos.
  • Prospecting, qualifying and closing leads.
  • Generating quotes.
  • Forecasting opportunities based upon realistic assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have 3+ year’s sales experience managing reseller accounts and driving sales opportunities.
  • Experience of working with large established resellers, Manage Service Providers and System Integrators.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent business partnering skills.
  • Proven successful experience with business development and pipeline activity.
