Sr. Corporate Account Manager

The Senior Corporate Account Manager for KeepItSafe® will have a unique opportunity to join a growing team responsible for scaling our already successful online backup service in the U.S. You will work closely with an experienced global KeepItSafe® team, while leading the channel marketing initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. Your primary focus will be maintaining and building our strong direct and channel presence. Responsibilities include managing the new customer on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the KeepItSafe service & upselling to the existing customer base. 



Job Duties:


  • Technical sales to potential customer & channel partners.
  • Support the sales process, working closely with the inside sales team.
  • Responsibility for account renewals and managing the customer retention program. Reporting on this weekly.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed during the customer on-boarding process.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customer base and ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, working closely with the Sales and Support teams.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for existing customers.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.


Job Requirements and Experience:


  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a technical sales role.
  • Experience supervising and managing projects, people and partners.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to think strategically and execute plans.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to form strong relationships with partners.
  • Proficient in excel; experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Strongly prefer hosting and SaaS knowledge.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure.
  • Strong technical sales experience and proven track record in selling and supporting outsourced solutions and services.
  • Track record of quickly growing and generating sales from corporate accounts in an emerging market.
  • B2B Sales.
  • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change and commitment to continuous learning.
