Job Summary:  

As a Web Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall e-commerce user experience of our North American fax and voice brand websites. You will work closely with marketing teammates and cross-functional groups to create an optimal online experience from the time a business first engages with us to the moment they start paying for the product. You will need to analyze and track data to maximize the performance of each campaign to achieve revenue, profit, new customer acquisition, and growth goals. You must also continuously research, identify and execute on testing new online marketing ideas to drive traffic and revenue.

We’re looking for a flexible, team player who has experience with online marketing and working with small businesses. You should be familiar with how business professionals engage with business sites in all environments, including mobile. The ideal candidate can take initiative to recommend and implement projects with little direction and is an analytical, energetic, and strategic problem solver with web experience supporting a B2B market. The candidate must also be flexible, independent and quick to learn. The position reports to the Associate Director of Web Marketing and is a key role on a dynamic and experienced marketing team.

Job Duties:  

  • Continuously research, identify, and conduct A/B and multivariate testing and analyze results to help optimize each website’s conversion rate
  • Works closely with creative services, product development, and the call center to ensure maximum sales and a seamless and productive user experience.
  • Ensures brand consistency

 Job Requirements and Experience:  

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing field with focus on conversion rate optimization, UX, and mobile-friendly websites
  • Expertise with tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Advanced understanding of A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Proven experience in achieving measurable targets for customer and revenue growth.
  • Passion for internet marketing with an eye for design and a strong understanding of the synergy between various components of digital marketing, such as CRO, SEO, social, video content, and the blogosphere
  • Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented with ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings.
  • Independent as well as a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and flexibility to exploit the unexpected and succeed in dynamic situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in successfully executing new marketing programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication, quantitative, analytical, problem, organizational, presentation skills, project management, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams
  • Work cross-departmentally to coordinate and manage website maintenance and other issues as they arise.
