Multi-Lingual Customer Retention Specialist with French

Overview:  

We are seeking energetic, resilient and talented person to join our customer service team in Santry, North County Dublin. The successful candidate will support our Voice and Fax products and play a critical role in keeping our customers happy.


Responsibilities:
      

  • Responsible for answering customer calls  in a professional and friendly manner and  achieving our retention strategy
  • Make outbound calls to customers and work with the wider customer service team to keep our existing customers happy  
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies and procedures      
  • Report accurately on calls inbound and outbound, record calls and call details on company systems
  • Identify and record customer calls and provide troubleshooting aids to assist colleagues in solving future customer issues


Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or customer retentions experience is desirable (but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
  • PC proficiency; Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Fluent English and French (Italian or Spanish would also be a distinct advantage
