Job Summary:

Interface with customers and with eFax Corporate® enterprise and inside sales reps, customer service, billing, legal, engineering, and other j2 departments to fulfill customer porting requests and assist with account maintenance.

Job Duties:

• Manage the porting of customer numbers.
• Process contracts and set-up accounts.
• Administrate high profile accounts including account maintenance and
  customer service.
• Provide sales support to enterprise customers and geographically dispersed
  sales reps.
• Provide input to development on issues with website features and tools.
• Open and manage escalations tickets.
• Coordinate with operations, telecom, development, billing and accounts
   receivable to resolve customer-facing issues.

Job or Project Requirements and Experience:

• 3+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years of sales support
• Strong MS Excel and familiarity with multiple browsers – Internet
  Explorer/Chrome/Firefox
• SalesForce experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize & schedule tasks.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask projects
• Ability to set customer expectations in accordance with j2 guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong familiarity with telecom porting procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
