Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary 8-Week Assignment) 
 

Ivy Rehab Network is looking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to work in our White Plains, NY office in a hybrid remote schedule.  

As an Accounting Payable Coordinator, you work on a team of three to five AP coordinators to process payable for 500+ clinics. Our ideal candidate will experience processing invoices, general accounting knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Sort, review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Set invoices up for payment
  • Track expenses and process expense reports
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments and check runs
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices

What you'll need: 

  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years accounts payable experience
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet

Ivy Rehab provides a salary range to comply with the New York Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $25-$31.25 an hour. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need.
