Opportunity Overview:  

  • The Clinic Director is an individual who functions and is designated as the clinic “CEO.”
  • Conducting initial evaluations, reevaluations, treatment planning, and treatment implementation.
  • Responsible for daily operation of the clinic and oversight of clinical and non-clinical teammates
  • The CD is responsible to promote proper and efficient utilization of quality services and program development; helps develop and maintain systems to increase referrals and programmatic growth; where applicable, collaborates with and effectively responds to digital marketing strategies; communicates with local physicians, other medical staff, and program/service stakeholders across the care continuum to promote improved patient service in their local community.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
  • Takes initiative in pursuing and directing continuing education for professional growth and competency for self and their team.
  • Coordinates selection, coaching, orientation, mentoring and goal setting to promote improved team members performance and quality of care enhancement.

Position Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist
