Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Remote, United States
The BSRO Regional Account Manager; is responsible for the management and growth of assigned BSRO Regions within North America, working with BSRO Regional Staff, BSRO Area Managers and ITW Field Based Managers, while adhering to the parameters of integrity, honesty, and dedication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts. Use appropriate resources to solve problems. Pronounced pursuit of quality performance characterized by timeliness and professionalism. They must exhibit a pro- active leadership style, with team focus, and high ethics/integrity level.

Must be able to work with BSRO Category Management, Purchasing, Education, Store Locations, Regional / Area office environments, and able to run errands to complete projects. Safety glasses and proper foot protection may be required. Must be able to work under stringent time constraints (e.g., short time frame projects) which may necessitate long hours, physical labor, and fast paced environment.
