Supply Chain Inbound Coordinator

About the Role:
IPSY is looking for an extraordinary individual to help us handle product fulfillment logistics, inbound / receiving processes, and product quality control processes. As a Supply Chain Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and packaging components arrive at our warehouse on time and in saleable condition, and that products pass all inventory checks and quality control inspections. With millions of product units arriving each month, you will play a key role in crafting and optimizing internal processes and tools to support scalability. Does this sound like you? Please note: This is an onsite position that reports to the Senior Operations Manager, Inbound and is based onsite in our distribution center (5 days / week) in Harrisburg, North Carolina (a suburb of Charlotte).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics with brand partners, working extensively with internal Brand Partnerships teams
- Track compliance of shipments and shipment documentation, following IPSY standards
- Track the inventory of supplies for production activities
- Provide new brand partners with onboarding training
- Support quality control programs
- Coordinate with each IPSY warehouse to resolve any product or quality discrepancies
- Communicate across multiple teams including Accounting, Merchandise, and Marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations for an e-commerce / retail company
- Basic Excel skills are critical for success
- Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (team-work mentality and strong cross-functional collaboration)
Experience coordinating international or domestic shipments experience is heavily preferred
Strong language and communication skills and excellent project management
High level of attention to detail and organization, with strong leadership skills and natural inclination to take initiative - Flexible with an ambitious spirit, and open to change

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, IPSY also offers a bonus, equity grants and competitive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
