Ad Performance Analyst

About this position:
As an Ad Performance Analyst you will mainly be responsible for advertising campaigns success as well performance campaign analysis, management, and optimization. The main function of this role is to help the business make data-driven decisions on advertising campaign performance to ensure driving client revenue growth. This position combines the business and engineering sides of digital advertising and implies collaboration with the technology teams and the business teams on a day to day basis.

In this role you will:
  • Work closely with the AdOps team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns (provide insight into campaign setup and advise on optimization).
  • Discover insights that will guide decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for advertising performance campaigns (CPA).
  • Setup A/B tests and experiments, participate in monitoring systems configuration (dashboards/reports/alerting tools). 
  • Support Engineering on Product teams on product development.
  • Troubleshooting (both - technical and business), platform health monitoring and management.
Ideal candidate will have:
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to details.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experience in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL / Microsoft Excel / Google BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of RTB buying strategies and optimization algorithms as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML/JS/XML/Python as an advantage.
  • English - upper-intermediate level.
  • Critical thinking, initiative, high level of responsibility and reliability.
