Job Description:

The Integrated & Digital Marketing Specialist will support, execute, and drive digital marketing and content strategy company-wide in order to generate demand for InVue’s products and brand. This includes but is not limited to content strategy, SEM, lead/demand gen, online content, conversion, social media, PPC strategies, and overseeing the company website with five languages that reaches customers in more than 50 countries. The Integrated & Digital Marketing Specialist also drives all online and email marketing efforts.

Essential Functions:

Leverage content and digital marketing skill set to generate brand awareness/enhancement, thought leadership, quality sales leads and online product sales by:

  • Understanding and messaging InVue’s products across sales channels
  • Design, develop and execute fully integrated marketing programs with comprehensive outbound, inbound and content marketing for new product launches and existing products
  • Increasing brand reach and awareness through supporting all aspects of InVue.com
  • Support all digital B2B lead generation initiatives including communications and content of campaigns, closely monitoring conversions and continually evaluating and adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Identifying and implementing SEO techniques; researching and recommending new keywords and negative keywords; offering insights on how to best incorporate keywords into web copy
  • Developing and implementing social media strategy to increase awareness and ultimately drive sales
  • Developing effective B2B customer portals and landing pages
  • Analyzing data for trends, anomalies and patterns, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Developing email marketing strategies; preparing, testing and scheduling all email campaigns
  • Gathering email campaign results; developing reports to determine their effectiveness and strategies for improvement
  • Leveraging social media outlets to maximize inbound traffic
  • Performing market segmentation to identify and quantify attractive market segments and customers with proper messaging
  • Closely working with the Product Managers to maximize excitement and conversation around product roll-outs
  • Working closely with Sales, IT, and Product Management to launch products and digital marketing materials effectively
  • Coordinate with International teams to maintain brand consistency across all global digital channels
  • Stay current with related trends, developments and best practices
  • Setting up, monitor and track demand generation programs devised to increase sales and improve partner retention & satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years combined strategic and hands-on integrated marketing experience; SEM, B2B lead gen, and email marketing at a mid-to large-sized company
  • Thorough understanding of related digital best practices and methodologies
  • Strong creative content generation skills
  • Excellent writer; blogging experience a PLUS
  • History of producing quantifiable results
  • B2B digital marketing experience required
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, especially in the context of email marketing
  • Social media expertise required
  • Working knowledge of Dreamweaver
  • Hands on experience with CMSs and ESPs - Marketo a PLUS
  • Proficiency in SEO and PPC management, reporting and analytical tools
  • Experience working with Google/Adobe Analytics, or similar platform
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work independently

Additional Skills:

  • Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Understanding of Photoshop
  • Hands-on experience in email and landing page design and development
  • Experience or familiarity with consumer electronics, retail, security technology, and IoT a PLUS
