SatisFacts™ (www.satisfacts.com), a division of Internet Brands, is a customer satisfaction research company serving the national apartment industry. SatisFacts is the industry’s retention and reputation management authority, working with hundreds of management companies and more than a million apartment units nationally. SatisFacts’ survey/feedback and reputation management systems help clients reduce resident turnover and boost online reputation.
Position reports to SatisFacts VP of Operations. This role will be fully responsible for the administration of our largest survey product from an operations perspective.
-Operate company’s on-going survey recruitment system.
-Monitor system logs to insure there are no issues with any client.
-Manage client survey program set up and roll out.
-Initial setup and ongoing maintenance of client systems integration with SatisFacts system.
-Setup and maintenance of reporting system.
-Coordinate postcard/letter survey invitations with Internet Brands mailroom, USPS, and data entry vendors.
-Provide as-needed support on special survey programs (associate, client satisfaction, etc.).
-Maintain a high level of customer service and relationship management support.
-Act as day-to-day liaison between Operations, Account Managers, Sales, clients, and external vendors.
-Comfortable working with technology, systems and data.
-Detail and deadline oriented, organized, able to adapt and prioritize.
-Able to analyze information, think critically, solve problems, and escalate if needed.
-Excellent communication skills. Able to work well with offsite/remote team members, team player.
-Very familiar with MS Excel, familiar with MS Office.
-Database experience is a plus (MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres).
-Big Data experience or interest is a plus.
