In this role, you'll be responsible for increasing our new customer acquisition rates and growing our revenue. You'll plan and execute new marketing strategies and manage the paid digital media campaigns. This will lead to increased brand visibility and growth. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing director and our external tech team to grow our new customer acquisition rates and revenue. You'll develop and execute new marketing strategies and manage all components of our paid digital media campaigns.
Improving, creating, and implementing novel search engine optimization techniques
Use Shopify and Google Analytics tools to evaluate and improve customer experience to ultimately drive conversions
Increase revenue, surpass targeted returns on investments and customer acquisition costs, and create monthly, quarterly and annual revenue projections and ad budgets
Report weekly on cross-channel performance
Conduct deep-dive marketing performance analysis across multiple programs (i.e. email, paid searches, affiliates, etc.) to drive the ROI on campaigns
Test new marketing channels and contribute recommendations for new strategies
Develop, create, plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Write marketing copy for digital channels while ensuring all-around consistency
5+ years in Digital Marketing in financial or professional services environments
Demonstrated experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns to engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience working in Shopify.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience working with project management systems
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related subject required
