Due to our commitment to be the best in the industry, we are growing. Due to this growth, we are looking for an Business Development Manager to join our team in our AZ location.

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible to build lasting partnerships in the commercial community.

The Business Development Manager will be the face of InteriorWorx and will need to be driven to be the best and have a passion for helping our builder partners with all of their product and installation needs.  This individual will also be driven to help us further grow the business by meeting with and developing relationships with new accounts.


  1. Conduct regular on-site visits to clients ensuring that objectives are being met and that commitments to clients are maintained
  2. Proactively pursue and engage with prospective clients to help build clientele in the market
  3. Meet set KPIs and analyze sales and market trends
  4. Work with management on special projects
  5. Build new and expand existing relationships with our commercial community
  6. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming toward customer satisfaction and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  8. Find new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  9. Drive our marketing directives with social media and associations
  10. Assist in specifying products and being design and installation solution based


  1. 2+ years sales in the building industry or 5+ years of field installation experience in flooring
  2. Effective communication skills, written and spoken
  3. Bachelor’s Degree or experience in related field
  4. Extensive industry experience flooring and cabinetry
  5. Outside sales experience with local home builders 
  6. Adaptable knowledge of current technology and ease in learning new applications
