Insurity’s Next Compliance Reporting Analyst
Under minimal supervision, provide timely and accurate insurance data to external regulators. Performs analysis and programming support for medium to complex client system problems, maintenance and enhancement assignments.

What Our Compliance Reporting Analyst Will Do
  • Provide timely and accurate insurance data to external regulators
  • Follow established guidelines and process to respond to regulatory inquiries and responding to data variances
  • Perform analysis support for small to medium customer support assignments
  • Perform and support testing efforts
  • Develop, analyze, and document customer issues and requirements
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience, or 2 years compliance reporting experience (WCPOLS, WCSTAT, Financial Calls)
  • Perform the following skills at a proficient level:

  • Familiarity with:
    • Writing SQL queries
    • Database design concepts
    • Object oriented concepts
    • Microsoft Office Excel
    • Microsoft Office Word

We have five Core Values at Insurity; one of which is to Act with Integrity.  Providing pay transparency helps you make the best decision for you.  We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps.  Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience.
