Q: How can I stay updated on any new job opportunities with Insurity? A: Feel free to click on Sign-up for Job Alerts to get the latest updates on roles as they become available. You can also follow us on sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

Q: An Insurity employee referred me to a position. How can I share those details when I apply? A: As you go through the application process, you’ll be asked how you heard about the opportunity. Simply enter the person’s name and the info will be captured in our applicant tracking system.

Q: I have applied for an open position but have not heard back. What is the status of my application? A: Due to the volume of applications we receive, it’s unfortunately not feasible for us to contact each individual, as much as we’d love to. If your application has been selected for next steps, you’ll be sure to hear from us and if you are invited to participate in an interview, you can expect to receive feedback in the days following the conversation, regardless of the outcome.

Q: If I’m selected for next steps, what can I expect from the interview process? A: If your application is selected, you will be invited to participate in an initial screening call either with Talent Acquisition or the Hiring Manager themselves, typically over the phone. Thereafter, you may be selected to proceed with one or more interviews with the Hiring Manager and usually other members of the team as well and those will be conducted via MS Teams video calls. Those interviews may include job-specific testing. If all goes well during the interviews and we feel you’d be a great addition to the team, the Talent Acquisition team will reach out with offer letter details. If we decide not to move forward with your candidacy, you can still expect to receive feedback from us regardless.

Q: How should I prepare for my interview? A: While the interview process may not be the same for every role, we recommend taking the following steps to prepare:

  • Ensure you’ve got reliable internet, a functioning webcam, and access to a quiet space to avoid interruptions.
  • Be ready to talk about why you want to be a part of Insurity and take on this new role.
  • We like to ask behavioral and situational-based questions so be ready to provide examples of past experiences that would be applicable for the role you’re being considered for.
  • Come prepared with your questions about the role, the company, and/or the team you would be working with.
  • Familiarize yourself with our company culture and core values.
  • Engage with us on social media.

Q: If I am not selected for the position I applied to, will I be considered for other opportunities? A: We will not miss an opportunity to bring great talent into the organization, even if it’s in a different role than the candidate originally applied for. Our collaborative and proactive approach means we freely share resumes between open positions and search for candidate matches for current and future openings through our applicant tracking system.
