Regional Sales Manager
Description
Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board materials is seeking a talented sales superstar for our Regional Sales Manager role covering a North East territory including Toronto. This role will focus on maintaining the existing customer base and developing new business within the assigned territory in the Printed Circuit Board industry. What you will do:
- Drive new and repeat PCB sales by building strong customer relationships and providing timely product and technical information.
- Develop new business opportunities, expand market presence, and grow sales revenue and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals, including training, mentoring, performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
- Strengthen partnerships with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to expand the customer base and support territory growth.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through value selling, cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional strategies.
- Visit customer sites to deliver high-quality service, present new products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and marketing activities within Salesforce while analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and inside sales teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and strong gross profit performance.
- Educate customers on products, systems, and technical terminology to improve product adoption and overall sales success.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- 8+ years outside sales experience in Electronics industry or distribution sales or products used in the high-tech industry with 5+ years in a leadership role within Sales
- Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven success in sales and new business development
- Experience with printing products including but not limited to: plastic films, polyester films, polycarbonate films, conductive inks, high performance plastic substrates, etc

The base pay range for this position is between $95,000 and $130,000 annually based upon experience. This position is also eligible for commissions.
