Your responsibilites:
- Partslink (Windchill) Implementation Support: Actively contribute to the deployment and enhancement of Partslink (Windchill) for efficient parts management. Ensure seamless integration and deliver training sessions to teams for its effective utilization.
- Product Master Data Cleansing: Execute cleansing procedures to refine and unify product master data, thereby augmenting data quality for streamlined management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Cultivate strong collaboration with various departments such as design, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain to ensure part designations are in alignment with the requirements of all pertinent areas.
- Documentation: Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for part designations to facilitate smooth information flow within the organization. This includes updating existing documents to reflect changes or enhancements.
- Training and Support: Deliver training to team members and other relevant personnel on the accurate application of part designations. Provide support for inquiries and issues related to part designations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German is preferred.
- Experience in defining part designations and managing product lifecycles.
- Familiarity with industry standards for part designations.
- Experience with Product Data Management Systems (PDM), particularly Partslink (Windchill), is a plus.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL are beneficial.
- Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to clearly structure complex information.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competencies.
