We are looking for a Manager, Customer Development – EMEA, reporting to the senior manager of Customer Development – EMEA & APJ. In this role, you will manage a team of Customer Development representatives who identify, secure, and process millions of Euros worth of service contract renewals revenues for Infoblox product lines. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support, channel partners, and customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate budgets, forecasts, organize and implement sales strategies, and ultimately be responsible for achieving overall revenue objectives for the defined region.

What you’ll do: 
  • Manage a team of Customer Development Representatives in EMEA
  • Provide guidance and drive systems, process enhancements, and metrics to measure and drive improvement of team efficiency and reporting capabilities
  • Coordinate with external parties and Sales teams to ensure renewals are completed on time, and work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contracts are accurate and compliant
  • Contribute to the development of standard performance dashboards for the Renewals team, utilizing data captured through SFDC/CPQ and other operational systems
  • Prepare and present quarterly analysis to senior management on EMEA Renewals team activities related to bookings, partner efficacy, on-time performance, and process improvement
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to help remove obstacles and support the goal achievement of the Service Renewals team
  • Develop and implement a scalable approach to sell multi-year renewals and co-term contracts
  • Oversee the timely generation, validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of the Infoblox maintenance renewal
  • Enforce strict SFDC hygiene policies that lead to accurate data and reporting
  • Communicate and position Infoblox service programs within the partner community and installed base by acting as the services expert
What you’ll bring: 
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing a renewals/service contract team or sales team with operational responsibility
  • Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth
  • Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, etc., and working knowledge of hardware and software revenue recognition rules is a must
  • Solid process orientation with the ability to build and manage a well-oiled sales machine while implementing a rigorous, measurable, and repeatable process
  • Proven ability to process business accurately yet efficiently under time-sensitive situations, as well as the ability to tactfully close deals with a high degree of integrity
  • Experience working within the service industry in a multi-tier channel environment, including distribution
  • Experience with communication and training channel partners on service program best practices
  • Desire to work in a high-growth environment, backed by strong oral, written, interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Excellent hands-on experience with systems; experience with SFDC, Oracle, and Tableau preferred
  • First-hand knowledge of best practices for service renewals, processes, and systems
