Director - Global IT Operations

Primary Responsibilities


  • Develop IT strategy and Roadmap for Infostretch IT Infrstructure and operations emphasising on security and other related services
  • Lead, empower global IT team at pan-India, US locations
  • Develop and implement ITIL based processes focusing on Service Management, Incident Management, Event management, Performance Management, and Change Management
  • Work with Compliance team to implement and operationalise security controls compliant to specific standards and regulations (ISO 27K, PCI/DSS, SOC Type 1/Type 2 etc.)
  • Manage software, hardware, and service provider licensing, contracts, and relationships
  • Achieve IT operational excellence through integrated and automated processes making SLAs redundant 
  • Develop/improvise IT help desk operations to provide support to internal customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and work on their specific technology needs
  • Setup dedicated customer-specific ODCs compliant to their standards 
  • Develop and maintain enterprise IT technical architecture with cloud-first mindset


Qualification and Experience 


  • 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of experience in managing global IT infrastructure and operations for 2000+ people 
  • Having an excellent problem-solving skills, focusing on permanent resolutions of problems/issues
  • Having sound knowledge of change management, technical project management, root-causes and in-time resolutions of production outages/impacts
  • Working knowledge of underlying technology being used in networks, Microsoft cloud solutions (M365, Azure etc.), AWS, VMWare etc.
  • Having experience in migrating to cloud
  • Having experience in managing global IT budgets, Vendor relations and negotiations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, Presentation skills
  • Working with compliance team to respond to customer questionnaire for IT due diligence
