Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Through self-directed activities act as the primary liaison between client and technical groups, using superior communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements.
- Investigates, diagnoses, resolves, and documents application problems and issues, including routing unresolved problems to appropriate business and technical specialists.
- Works with business and IT staff to manage, identify, define, trace and document requirements using tools such as JAD Goint application design) sessions, use cases and mock-ups.
- Evaluates change requests and performs legislative analysis.
- Identify and facilitate resolution of gaps between customer requirements and engineering designs. Strong analytical, completed staff-work and project management skills and ability to learn technical information.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including telephone and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills including use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong information technology knowledge, especially regarding .NET applications, code, SDLC, and business process improvement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed which may include weekends.
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
