We are looking for a sharp IT Recruiter to fill the following role in our Santa Clara office.     

Job Description
:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and recruiting talented candidates that meet the needs of our client companies as well as those positions that are open in our Santa Clara and New York offices.   The ideal individual should be people-oriented, with high energy and a sense of urgency. We are looking for someone with boundless curiosity and who enjoys researching the internet to find less obvious information. Internet research should be second nature.     


Responsibilities include: 
*Recruiting and sourcing high level developers and QA professionals utilizing creative search methods 
*Sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research. 
*Communicating directly with candidates as necessary, depending on the level of the search 
*Preparing recruiting and hiring reports 

*Candidate data entry, updating, tracking, and database management *Conducting reference and background checks 
*Leverage Social Networking for recruitment (ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
*Project work requiring forward thinking, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
*Handle incoming phone calls and provide appropriate information
*Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, interviews and meetings
*Schedule in-person, Zoom and Skype interviews   


Requirements 
*3-4 years of solid IT recruiting experience 
*1+ years of sourcing or assisting in recruiting efforts 
*Strong sense of ethics and professionalism 
*Excellent internet navigation skills 
*Must have experience with various social & professional networking sites *Prior employee database or similar tools experience a plus (We use JobVite) 
*Deep concern for the client and candidate’s needs 
*Highly computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
*Excellent telephone etiquette 

*Well-developed writing and communication skills 
*Ability to multitask efficiently
*Effective typing skills (minimum 50 WPM)
