Marketing Manager, Acquisition

Acquisition is a critical growth lever for INDOCHINO as we scale profitably, expand our customer base, and introduce more people to the confidence of a perfect fit. The Marketing Manager, Acquisition will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid acquisition efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Video, working closely with agency partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure we attract the right customers, at the right cost, with messaging that reflects our premium positioning.
This role sits at the intersection of performance, brand, and customer insight, driving efficient customer growth while connecting acquisition efforts to long-term value as INDOCHINO continues to evolve its omnichannel growth engine and approach to scalable customer acquisition. 

What You’ll Own & Drive
Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Video, in close partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Retention and agency partners.
  • Define and manage budget allocation and media investment strategy to balance efficiency, scale, and customer quality across channels.
  • Translate business goals into clear acquisition plans, including channel mix, audience strategy, testing priorities, and investment pacing.
  • Guide day-to-day execution through agency and platform partners while retaining accountability for performance, learning agendas, and outcomes.
Performance Management & Optimization
  • Own CAC, CPA, ROAS, and downstream value metrics, optimizing toward efficient omnichannel growth using MMM, MTA, and performance data to guide decision-making.
  • Review, analyze, and guide daily, weekly, and monthly paid media performance using Excel, BI dashboards, and attribution models to ensure spend is pacing to plan and delivering against targets.
  • Identify efficiency gains, growth opportunities, and risks across channels, audiences, and tactics.
  • Partner with analytics to continuously improve measurement, attribution, and insight quality.
Creative, Testing & Audience Development
  • Lead the acquisition testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers, formats, landing pages, lead generation flows, and landing experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure acquisition creative is on-brand, insight-led, and performance-driven.
  • Partner with lifecycle and analytics teams to refine prospecting, retargeting, and mid-funnel audience strategies.
  • Test and optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and channel-specific tactics to improve efficiency and scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Ecommerce to align acquisition traffic with onsite experience and conversion priorities.
  • Partner with Retention and CRM teams to ensure acquisition efforts support long-term lifecycle value.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting, sharing performance results, insights, and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay close to industry trends, platform changes, and competitive dynamics to proactively adapt strategy.

What You Bring
  • 5 to 7+ years of acquisition or performance marketing experience within B2C ecommerce and/or omnichannel retail.
  • Proven experience owning paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Affiliate, and Video channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance measurement, including MMM, MTA, and GA4.
  • Experience partnering closely with analytics, creative, brand, and ecommerce teams.
