We are looking for a driven and independent HR Services Manager to join our HR Team. 

DAY 1, NOT SURE WHAT TO DO? TAKE A LOOK BELOW FOR SOME IDEAS...

  • To support the Head of HR in executing the operational aspects within the overarching HR Strategy, and ensure that iflix HR Department’s operational services efficiently support the changing business environment
  • To be the change catalyst in delivering the HR Services and processes to move HR Department forward as iflix grows and achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure that HR Functions deliver a well-positioned operational service to the business
  • Ensure that the HR Functions undertake continuous improvements for HR processes and practices to facilitate the service delivered at the highest quality
  • Leading the HR Analyst in managing closely operational risk to ensure that Business Continuity is in place
  • Leading the Payroll Specialist and ensuring payroll is executed monthly on timely manner according to the practices 
  • Identify, track, and monitor risks and issues with developing solutions for HR deliverables in change management, workforce administration, HR policies, HR processes and communication.
  • Creating and implementing change plans that are tailored to the needs of the project enabling the successful transition of those impacted to new ways of working
  • First point of escalation to problem solve day to day operational issues for HR administration
  • Oversee the onboarding processes for all employees, including work permits and other regulatory requirements.
